Why is ClubTV needed for your soccer club?

The first question of a guest at the accommodation is where should we change? Not an annoying question, but it's nice when the road shows automatically. Not every club takes advantage of the chance of extra income from narrowcasting (sponsors and bar). If a TV is already on, it is sometimes forgotten to turn it on and then nothing runs on Saturdays. The information that is displayed may not be up to date right now and match information may not be real-time.

The ClubTV screens of FootballAssist turn on automatically when the club house opens. Visitors are guided to the right dressing rooms and fields. The bar price list is complete and up to date which makes it easy to order something. In the canteen news, announcements, results and fun information about the club is shared. Of course everything is automatically linked to the KNVB members and matches.

Determine the content of all screens from 1 central point

You decide at what times which information is displayed. For example, for Saturday a schedule can be made and other slides can be shown from 12 o'clock onwards. Each TV can be controlled and classified separately, anywhere in the world.

From the CMS at once add a sponsor on website, app and TV. Read a vacancy on ClubTV in your own time? Scan the QR code on the TV with the ClubApp. Register for a barbeque or tournament? Scan the TV in the canteen with the ClubApp and the member goes directly to the registration form on the club's website.

Controlling an unlimited number of TVs

ClubTV has no restrictions on the number of TVs to be controlled. Per TV a specific presentation can be made depending on the location and function of the screen.

Leave the TV screens on and off automatically, at times of your choice. This allows you to use the screen time efficiently and, above all, don't forget to turn the screens on.

Watching football matches on TV

The screens can be manually switched from ClubTV to TV broadcasts, for example during Champions League matches.

MediaboxTV is useful when a TV is already present. An external box that is connected to the TV. There are some limitations compared to option 2 the total solution with integrated media set, but very good option to run ClubTV.

Buy your ClubTV screen via FootballAssist for a technically sound solution. There are 3 types of screens: KantineTV, Changing room TV and BarTV. Due to economies of scale, we provide a total solution cheaper than buying a separate screen and media player yourself. Screen diagonals are available from 22 to 75 inches! There is no need for a separate FootballAssist media set. For some of the ClubTV applications such as Locker Room TV it is nicer and more functional to hang the screen vertically. FootballAssist screens can be hung both horizontally and vertically.

Examples CantineTV

  • Vacancies with immediate response

    Add vacancies to the management system and have them rotate on KantineTV. A qr code is displayed with the vacancy and can be scanned with the Clubapp to read more information about the vacancy on your smartphone.

  • Manage sponsors centrally and advertise individually.

    Add a sponsor in the management system and place it on the website, Clubapp and ClubTV. Create sponsor packages within the sponsor module and give the sponsor the choice on which channel they want to advertise. This is also interactive using a code that leads to the sponsor's website or action.

  • OurClubshop, save for the club for free.

    There is a savings program that allows people to save for the club by buying from well-known webshops such as Coolblue. On KantineTv the total amount saved can be shown. If people want to start saving for the club in the canteen, they can scan the code on the screens and get ? 2.50 starting balance.

  • Intermediate positions on the other fields.

    Live intervals of other competing first teams on other fields.

  • Publish the setup automatically.

    As soon as the match of the first one starts, the line-up is automatically published.

  • Display field and locker room layouts clearly.

    Field and locker room layout will be shown. During the week these are the training sessions and in the weekend the races. With per team referee, team sponsor and status (re-inspection/ cancellations).

  • The pupil of the week.

    Every week an automatically set pupil of the week is shown.

Would you like to know what type of screen and where in the clubhouse ClubTV is possible? We are happy to visit you on location for free advice. "Is my wifi fast enough or should there be a cable?", "How can I watch TV on the digital signage screens?" No question too crazy.
